I recently retired from the Navy and all I can say is his office and practice is heads and tails above anything else I have experienced. Within a few visits he fixed issues the Navy had for gone over the last 23 years. Definetly would recommend.

I hadn't seen a dentist in 5 years. I wasn't happy with the previous dentist and office that I went to where I had gotten a crown. I knew I needed more work done on my teeth but I didn't want to go back to that dentist. There were several things I was looking for in a new dentist: Shots in the mouth should not hurt, I wanted a trustworthy dentist that looked after my wellbeing, I didn't want the dentist chairs to look like they were in an assembly line. I came across a few people that I trusted that saw Dr. Olinger themselves. I was unsure, but bravely gave him a try. The moment I walked into the office I felt the aura that this was a good place. I liked the open layout of the office but you still have an individual area just for yourself. Everyone in the office has worked on my teeth (general & deep cleaning, fillings, and crowns). The office has updated equipment and cool "toys" that I hadn't seen elsewhere. The crowns that I received are fantastic and so much better looking than that original one I received from the other dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Olinger.
About Hygienist: His staff is very professional, very friendly, and they remember our conversations from months before. Even if they are not seeing me that day, they will still come over and say hello to me. The hygienists are very proactive in my dental hygiene and have taught me things that were never covered by other dentists. My child has been seeing Dr. Olinger since 2006 when he was 5 1/2 years old. He simply loves getting his teeth cleaned by Cassandra and I can hear him talking to her the entire time.

DR. OLINGER IS TO ME, LIKE A FIREFIGHTER WHO RUSHESIN, TO A BURNING HOME, AND SAVES YOUR LIFE, YOUR CHILDRENS LIFE AND YOUR PETS. HE IS A HERO. I have a bill froml oct 2004 that the amount changes monthly!When I speak to Jeff at the office he says not to worry. I have ask for 8 months for a quote on dental work and as of now...nothing!! I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone..

I contacted this patient as soon as I was aware there was a problem. The issue is really insurance related and a misunderstanding as to when and how much they would pay for a given procedure. The procedure in question was completed 10/25/04 but the patient's insurance did not make a final payment until 06/28/05. This is the reason she could not get an exact quote on her account balance. The monthly variations were finance charges which we waived. Further dental work was not diagnosed. |

Dr. Olinger and staff are very professional compassionate and were sympathetic to my anxiety to going to them after several years of not going to a dentist. I would reccomend them everytime!They help with insurance and explaining any billing questions. They worked with me to adjust to my work schedules.
