When I first started with Dr. Taylor, I could tell he was very honest and open with me about my teeth and what I needed to get done. He gave me options to fix a space that was missing, and I chose to do a bridge. Now that the treatment is complete, I have been really happy with the service.

About Hygienist: Extremely competent and considerate. Liz was quick and I really appreciated the fact that she explained the procedure as she went along. I hate going to the denist with a passion and I can honestly say that they make it as enjoyable as it can possibly be.

Dr. Taylor has always been very polite and professional. Going to his office is more relaxing and very calming considering I'm going there for my teeth, which I always get scared of. His office calms this fear I have and makes me feel great about getting my teeth cleaned, or any other treatment they require. The surroundings are always clean and very up to date. A great experience every time. The price is ideal for my cleanings and treatments. Overall, a great experience!!! Highly recommended.

i am austin reese , a recent patient of doc taylors. ive never written a review for anything before so i suppose ill describe my visit. upon the success of my vary recent and extreamly necessary tooth removal i felt compelled to offer more then the unfairly low cost i was asked to pay. "there must be something i could do"i had asked. since in the least the man as well as the extreamly helpful and caring nurse( nr. jenea jellison)were actually skipping there scheduled lunch to see me on a vary last min appointment without hesitation, question, or doubt in my pleas for assistance.an honest review was all he asked. service was quick and as painless as possible. sincere concerned couldnt be denied. for both doc tayler and miss jellison were constantly asking about my well being and giving helping words of reassurance.never impatient .though lunch ,if time would allow, was held, without prejudice, for me. concern was again felt when taylor & staff repeated antibiotic recommendations unyieldingly until given a satisfactory assurance of understanding. simply put they actually sincerly cared. heroics maybe easier to see in firemen, cops, and comics, but personaly my hero for now at least is the one who cared in the form of action

Dr. Taylor is a skilled, proficient, and accessible dentist. He has performed several crown procedures on me for a reasonable price compared to other dentists in the area. He pays close attention to detail and made himself available on a Saturday afternoon when I was in temporary pain from a prior procedure (through no fault of his own). His facilities are somewhat spare on Balboa, but are functional and clean. His dental hygienists are skilled and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to others, and definitely recommend him to you.

My wife and I went to Dr. Taylor after 18 years of steadily growing bad treatment with our old dentist. Dr. T introduced us to new technology to treat our dental concerns along with a good, friendly staff. My wife and I had all our metal fillings replaced by the latest composites, and our bleeding, and receding gums were given the treatment and care they needed to reverse any further decline. Our oral hygiene has never been better. I was, and continue to be, impressed with Dr. T and his staff.
About Hygienist: Some excellent hygienists working at Dr. Taylor's office. Wendy was the best, sometimes she comes back to work at Dr. T's office...if she is available book her ! She's the best.However, watch the appointment times. I've had issues with starting my hygienist treatments on time, and not having to wait 20-30 minutes before being called.

I wouldn't go anywhere else again, My procedure was total reconstruction of #8 & #9 with dental implants. I came to Dr. Taylor to finish the work and create an incredible smile and perfect teeth. He went over and above any other Dentist in all of Sothern California & Hawaii! He is incredibly understanding, listens to your exact desire of outcome and is well positioned with the best labs in the country. I have never felt more at ease with my treatment and exspecially the work that was just completed. I am completely back to my natural smile, no one would ever know the difference and I plan to have Dr. Taylor as my Specialist for all work that is ever needed in the future and he holds my highest recommendation.They accept Care Credit, which is the best medical credit card allowing myself who had no insurance to recieve a great price and manage my payments with 0% interest! This was incredibly valuable.Each staff members, the front desk and all personal assistants have the same great attitude and comforting demeaner. They truly went out of their way to fit me in around my emergencies and they all have a great sense of humor. Its not a stuffy environment and thats what you need when getting major work completed!
About Hygienist: Nicole at the Front Desk & JeNae were most involved in my procedure. They took extra care in understanding my desire to achieve my specific results. They definitely are truly dedicated to the positive outcome of each paitent and you know they genuinely care about their work and Dr. Taylor's practice!Do not look any further, you are in good hands! As a teen I developed an intense irrational fear of dentists, so I simply stopped going. When I finally decided to find a new dentist after a 6-year sobbatical, Dr. Taylor was the dentist I found.When I recently went back for my last check-up, it was found that I had 5 teeth that needed work done. I was not thrilled, but Dr Taylor was very calming and again assured me that the procedure would be easy as well as pain and stress-free.Dr Taylor and his hygienist made sure I didn't feel a thing (and I didn't!), and that I was comfortable and relaxed the entire procedure. Given that I had been a nervous wreck (almost in tears) just with a cleaning, having me leave the office feeling calm and smiling with a face full of Novacaine automatically earns him and the staff 5 gold stars!Not only did he make me feel comfortable, I fully believe that when my next appointment for a cleaning comes around, I will not be nervous. Now that is an accomplishment!HUGE thanks to Dr. Taylor for all his help!

Paul is a great guy, despite being a San Francisco Giants fan. Always smiling and happy to help. I had a tricky onlay done, after several months it just didn't feel right. Paul did his best to make it feel right by smoothing the area. It still didn't feel right so he redid the procedure at no cost. He is continually working on his practice and skills to make his shop the best around. It is convieniently located and has always treated me with utmost respect. I would reccomend this practice.

Dr. Taylor and the rest of the staff are very nice. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but everything went smoothly with the 2 fillings Dr. Taylor did in February. They made sure I was numb before starting and finished the fillings quickly. One tooth was left a little long so it hurt when biting but I went back a few weeks later for a quick adjustment. They were also very understanding when I asked them to check out a weird thing in my mouth - which turned out to be a canker sore - but since I had never had one, I didn't know what it was. They didn't make me feel stupid for having them check it out.Thanks again!

Dr. Taylor's office is incredibly efficient and patient oriented. Up until coming to Dr. Taylor's office, I have put off visits to the dentist simply because of my lack of time. But, Dr. Taylor's staff is very accommodating of my schedule and was even able to get me a Saturday appointment. Liz, Dr. Taylor's hygienist was wonderful. I dreaded having my deep cleaning, but she put a video in for me and was able to numb my gums without using any needles. Needless to say, my teeth were clean and I didn't have to suffer any pain!Dr. Taylor's entire team is very professional and I always feel great after leaving his office. I highly recommend this office.
