I learned Dr. Pulsipher from this web-site, and decided to give him a try for my daughter's treatment. So far has been very happy with the progress. Dr. Pulsipher is very good with kids, and definitely knows what he is doing--- We start to see some results very early on, and now--- nine months into her treatment, she is having a much better smile ! Dr. Pulsipher explains everything a great details so that both kids and parents can understand.Nothing "over-the-top" fancy in his office, but very clean, efficient yet relax: precisely what we are looking for. His staff is very nice too, very flexible with appointment scheduling. The waiting area has plenty of things to keep kids occupied, but we hardly used it--- Dr. Pulsipher is great with time and we are almost always get into the treatment room shortly after arrivial. The only thing I can think of suggesting is the insurance claim filing can use a little more follow up.

I have to say, I did my research, and after "interviewing" three other orthodontists before I chose and found Dr. Pulsipher. He already had good reviews through people I work with, but wanted to see for myself. Both he and his staff are very professional and have excellent customer service, which is a big one for me. I always felt comfortable, the price was very reasonable and the amount of time I had my braces on was perfect. There isn't a bad thing I can say about Dr. Pulsipher and his staff. I highly recommend using this office for your braces. I don't usually put out reviews, but I really think this office is great and enjoy my visits every time!

Patient Review 3:
Billing and insurance were no problem with Dr. Pulsipher. The facilities are quite good. I have already seen good results on my teeth, but the procedure is quite slow and I have already had braces for 1.5 yrs, and now I am quite sick of them. It seems I will need them for at least 6-8 months more, and I am not happy with that. Dr. Pulsioher does not provide invasalign, but the old fashioned metal/ceramic brace. I hope this is all worth it in the long run.

I came to Dr. Pulsipher needing to get my braces off in 4 months for my best friend's wedding. Her fiance was being deployed to Iraq and the date had been moved up. The Dr. and staff were so caring and worked with me every week until the wedding date. The bride was so happy and was I. I could not recommend a better orthodist.

Dr. Pulsipher is the most honest and ethical Doctor I have ever encountered. There are not strong enough adjectives to describe how wonderful he is professionally and personally. He is confidant in his abililites and explains his treatment plans in detail. I firmly believe that my daughter and I are receiving a level of care that would be bestowed upon family members or royalty. My daughter also likes the bubble gum flavored gloves and the fact that Dr. Pulsipher always has nice breath! I completely trust his judgement and I know that he always has our best interests in mind. I tell everyone about our experience with Dr. Pulsipher and everyone I have referred feels just as strongly as we do about his abilities and ethics. The moment you call the office you recognize that this office will be like none you have ever experienced in the past. Arial, the receptionist who answers the phone with a sweet pleasant voice kindly attends to your needs. Stephanie, the office manager also always has a smile on her face whose warmth you can feel even through the phone line. She is willing to help with insurance and billing issues to make everything much more manageable and less confusing. The assistants in the back, Ezzie, Sylvia and Jesse are so positive, kind and gentle. Every employee in the office shares a love for Dr. Pulsipher. He never has a bad day! I believe that office happiness stems from the positive influences of the employer. Every patient and employee is treated like family. They all work together so well, with each other and their patients. Dr. Pulisipher and his office staff are so accomadating and do so with a smile. Even on very busy days the office has a sense of calm. When myself and my children have completed our orthodontic experience we will just have to have the office over for dinner on a regular basis.

Patient Review 6:
My dad used to tell us bedtime stories of how Merlin built Stonehenge. He called it the "Giants Dance" and said Merlin sang with pipes and drums and the huge standing stones moved themselves into position, exactly where he wanted them. Doc Pulsifer may not be Merlin and for sure my teeth don't dance but the results are on the same scale! I don't like braces but the doc knows exactly what he's doing and I'm very happy that I found him. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, excellent emergency availability and my highest recommendations.

Finding a so-so doctor is hard enough - but finding excellence is nearly impossible - unless you come to Dr. Pulsipher! From the first phone call, you know that you will receive excellent care. Stephanie in the office is amazing..you feel like a member of the family. Dr. Pulsipher explains treatment at all levels, and is amazing with both parents and kids. Everyone follows up, and ensures that care and communication are the best. We had experienced a couple of other orthodontists who made you feel like an inconvenience..but you'll NEVER feel that way in Dr. Pulsipher's office. Scrap the rest, and head to the best!!

Dr. Pulsipher and staff are WONDERFUL! My daughter got her braces in 2000, in 2002 we moved to the Bay area, because I hated leaving this office, I flew my daughterd down every month for her treatments. I couldn't have asked for a better office! The girls all accomodated her and welcomed her. They were always glad to see her. I was so sad when she got her braces off because that would mean we wouldn't see this office anymore! I have referred all of my friends and family to Dr. Pulsipher and they have all said what a wonderful place it is and that the office manager is such a warm and caring person! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Best Ortho in San Diego. Him and his staff have always been informative, professional, and always have a smile on their face. My daughter has been treated by him for 4 years and we moved to Arizona 6 hours away. We love him eso much I'm willing to drive to San Diego to have her check-ups, he's that good!
