Dr Agatep changed my life. I was so worried about losing my teeth, I was having headaches and I absolutely hated that horrible gap between my teeth. Going to the dentist always ranked right up there with being tarred and feathered but Dr Agatep and her team made me feel as if they really cared about me and my teeth. Dr. Agatep is the first doctor (dental or medical) who's ever offered a solution to my constant jaw-joint pain (for over 5 years). The treatment she's provided me has been amazing! Her & the staff are some of the friendliest staff ever. They greet me instantly every time I walk in the door, know exactly who I am; it's like going to visit friends! Everyone there is professional, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable--and never dismisses anything ideas or opinions I have. They're not pushy, and even on the first visit really felt like they cared about my dental health, that I wasn't just "another patient." They are, hands down, the best dental office I've ever been to (I've been to quite a few).

I had ten teeth treated by Dr. Agatep. Yes, that is ten teeth. I do not like to go to the dentist at all. Had terrible experiences as a child with dental care. One of my teeth had chipped. Dr. Agatep fixed it with a partial crown. The pain was so minimal. It was the best I had ever felt after having dental work done. You could not even tell anything was done to my tooth. I decided to let her due the rest of all the dental work that I needed. Once again, hardly any pain at all. Dr. Agatep is an expert at giving shots!!! Dr. Agatep puts just as much effort into ensuring the work looks natural. My teeth have never looked so good. No more silver fillings! Dr. Agatep is the best dentist that I have ever been to. Dr. Agatep and her staff are very gentle and concerned with making the patient feel comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr. Agatep. I have no complaints about any of the care I have received. Our three children are being treated by Dr. Agatep as well. She is the perfect dentist.

About Hygienist: We were all seen by the hygenist by the name of Jennifer. It takes almost an hour for a cleanning. She is very thorough. It is one of the best cleannings I have ever had. She had lots of good advice on how to brush and what types of floss to use.

I like the fact that as I walk in to Dr. Agateps office, the staff greets me with a warm, yet humorous welcome which makes me feel very comfortable. The past 2 years as her patient, Ive never had to wait to be treated.

Normally, I would cringe when I see needles, but with Dr. Agateps procedure, its painless. Not to mention, she replaced all 4 of my fillings in less than an hour. Now I can smile with confidence. Goodbye silver fillings!!

Overall, Im very pleased with the staffs great service, hi-tech equipments, facility ambiance and most of all, my dentist, Dr. Agatep. In addition, my parents have now switched to her as well.

I love the staff at Dental Design Spa. They are welcoming, calming, and most importantly very thorough.

My procedures were as follows: deep cleaning, Invisalign treatment, fillings, and 2 teeth extractions.

It had been 2.5 years since my last trip to the dentist, and because I travel quite a bit for work, it was important that I try to condense all my procedures at once. Dr. Agatep & her team dedicated a full day for my treatment.

The office manager did all the necessary prior auths so I had no insurance surprises & even helped me with a pay plan.

I was very impressed that Dr. Agatep personally called me following the procedures to make sure I was recovering well.

I am very happy with the outcome, and my fiance will be happy that I'll have straight teeth for our upcoming wedding this year!

About Hygienist: Jenn did a great job on my deep cleaning. Thank you for dedicating hours upon hours to work on my whole mouth in one day.

Dr. Agatep and her staff are some of the most wonderful medical / dental professionals I have ever come across. From the minute I stepped into her office for the first time to this day where I still visit her for cleaning and routine check-ups on the procelain veneers she placed for me, I felt comfortable, welcomed, informed, and well taken care of.

It took me 2 years to decide to get procelain veneers and during this time, Dr. Agatep was very patient answering all my questions and adressing my concerns. When it was all said and done, the results looked very natural and I was very pleased =)

I broke my old "silver" fillings over the holiday weekend and Dr. Agatep was kind enough to accomodate me first thing on Monday morning. They were able to make a new inlay in house and finished the procedure in under 2 hours! I was impressed that I didn't have to wait a few days for lab service. Service was great, team was friendly, and most of all they were very accomodating to my emergency case.

I have been to a few dentists and I have never gotten a superb service as I have experienced at the office of Dr. Agatep. The procedure was done very smoothly. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Her team were very helpful in all aspects. Very professional staff!!! Dr. Agatep was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and that made a lot of difference to me. Pushed cosmetic procedures, setup was like a health spa, if you have the cash or an amazing insurance plan this would be great, otherwise it is wildly overpriced. Good dentist, pushy assistants that asked a half dozen times about laser whitening etc. etc.

I just had an old amalgam filling replaced using the CEREC System. It was really great not having to make numerous appointments. It fits the first time without grinding or sculpting. Dr. Agatep gave me excellent service and her staff was very helpful and pleasant. During the general exam Dr Agatep "found" infections under all five silver fillings, even though different So.Cal. dentists did them less than 6 yrs ago. (The average probability of infection under a silver filling is 1% in 5 yrs. A second opinion one month later did not confirm the presence of infection anywhere.) So she recommended onlays, but later they got disappointed with some restrictions of my HMO insurance and refused to accept it. They don't do any silver fillings at all: probably too cheap for them. The dental service that I eventually requested and received was excellent, but what Dr Agatep told me about the health of my teeth was quite misleading. Also check the dates of the previous reveiws: don't you notice something funny there?

I have severe TMJ and so I sought a dental office who would respect my condition and not cause more problems for my jaw joints. I truly had nothing to worry about with Dr. Agatep or any of the staff.
