As a teen I developed an intense irrational fear of dentists, so I simply stopped going. When I finally decided to find a new dentist after a 6-year sobbatical, Dr. Taylor was the dentist I found.

When I recently went back for my last check-up, it was found that I had 5 teeth that needed work done. I was not thrilled, but Dr Taylor was very calming and again assured me that the procedure would be easy as well as pain and stress-free.

Dr Taylor and his hygienist made sure I didn't feel a thing (and I didn't!), and that I was comfortable and relaxed the entire procedure. Given that I had been a nervous wreck (almost in tears) just with a cleaning, having me leave the office feeling calm and smiling with a face full of Novacaine automatically earns him and the staff 5 gold stars!

Not only did he make me feel comfortable, I fully believe that when my next appointment for a cleaning comes around, I will not be nervous. Now that is an accomplishment!

Paul is a great guy, despite being a San Francisco Giants fan. Always smiling and happy to help. I had a tricky onlay done, after several months it just didn't feel right. Paul did his best to make it feel right by smoothing the area. It still didn't feel right so he redid the procedure at no cost. He is continually working on his practice and skills to make his shop the best around. It is convieniently located and has always treated me with utmost respect. I would reccomend this practice.

Dr. Taylor and the rest of the staff are very nice. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but everything went smoothly with the 2 fillings Dr. Taylor did in February. They made sure I was numb before starting and finished the fillings quickly. One tooth was left a little long so it hurt when biting but I went back a few weeks later for a quick adjustment.

They were also very understanding when I asked them to check out a weird thing in my mouth - which turned out to be a canker sore - but since I had never had one, I didn't know what it was. They didn't make me feel stupid for having them check it out.

I just recently moved to San Diego and needed a dentist and I actually found Dr Taylor on this website and thats how I decided to go to him. I am so thankful I came across him on here because I just recently had my teeth cleaned and had a couple fillings filled and he was awesome. Dr. Taylor's office is incredibly efficient and patient oriented. Up until coming to Dr. Taylor's office, I have put off visits to the dentist simply because of my lack of time. But, Dr. Taylor's staff is very accommodating of my schedule and was even able to get me a Saturday appointment.

Liz, Dr. Taylor's hygienist was wonderful. I dreaded having my deep cleaning, but she put a video in for me and was able to numb my gums without using any needles. Needless to say, my teeth were clean and I didn't have to suffer any pain!

Dr. Taylor's entire team is very professional and I always feel great after leaving his office. I highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Taylor's for 2 years, and it has been great. I had a couple of teeth filled recently, along with my cleaning. His hygienist Liz is always very nice, and I never have any pain during the cleaning. I never liked getting my teeth cleaned, but with Liz its no big deal.

last week on Wednesday. His staff was friendly and

accommodating. The injections were pretty painless,

and it went by quick. I usually hate going to the

I first saw Dr. T in 2004 when I had 2 onlays done. I was nervous at first, because I had not been to the dentist in a few years. I had large silver fillings that had broke, and I went in to have them replaced. Dr. Taylor did 2 onlays, both of which look good and feel great. The onlays did cost more than I expected, but they have done well for 3 years.

Just recently, I had to have a root canal, and I was referred to Doctor Carter in the same building. The experience at Dr. Carter was the same as Dr. Taylor, predictable and pain free. I just went in to have a crown over that tooth with the root canal on friday, Dec 21, 2007. As usual it went well, and I expect the crown to feel as good as my temp.

The quality of work is superb and the staff s amazing. I love the fact that I dont have to worry to figure everything out about my insurance. They take care of everything and they are very detailed oriented and you dont get any surprises when you get your bill. The cost is adequate for the work you get done. If you need extra procedures (crowns, bridges, veneers, etc) anywhere you go its going to be pricey. However, the work is amazing. Dr. Paul makes sure that the procedure that you want may be the appropriate one for you or not and the temporary crowns look and last like the actual crown.

The quality of the work is above excellent. Cost is a little high but the results are worth it. Staff and environment is very friendly. I am always stressed when at the dentist but with Dr Taylor I think I may be getting better.

I would certainly suggest Dr. Taylor to anyone looking for any dental work done. He's a friendly and professional person. My experience at Dr. Taylor"s office couldn't have been any better. The office had a great atmosphere and the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant. I was brought in on time for my appointment and the technical staff that assisted Dr. Taylor were professional and informative at every level. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about insurance procedures and dealt with my carrier without any issues.
