Patient Review 1:
In my experience this dentist is to be avoided. I went to him to have a brand new crown adjusted. He convinced me to have an "occlussal equilibrium" rather than just adjusting the one new crown. He claimed a 100% sucess rate with these. The results are horrendous. He turned a bad situation into a nightmare. He ground an existing crown I had for 12 yrs down to metal. He ground enamel off my natural pre-molars. He ground the mouth guard and the teeth on the same day almost every other day for 1 month. My front teeth now hit/rest on each other before the back teeth touch. The original crown I wanted adjusted is ground completely down - does not touch the opposing tooth. Although he did refund my money I now have to pay thousands of dollars more to have the damage restored - I am in a great deal of pain & discomfort in the meantime. Much more than I had before I went to him. He refuses to speak with me or acknowledge I am alive even though I have literally begged him to repair the damage he has caused.

All I can say is, WOW.I'm so afraid of the Dentist that I hadn't been in 8 years. Finally my condition became so bad I knew I had to go in. I used Dr. Oogle and found Dr. M. I called and talked to Debra and couldn't believe how great she was. They *truly* care about their patients. I can't emphasize that enough. They **TRULY** care. On my first visit, Sally walked me through how everything would work and made me feel very comfortable. This was a huge difference from what I had come to expect from offices where you're just another mouth in the chair that happens (unfortunately) to be connected to a real person. After my initial consult I went back for my first session of work which included fixing some cavities. They prescribed relaxation medicine for me and made me completely comfortable. They actually had me relaxing in the chair with music and a blanket for an hour before the procedure as the medicine set in.I have my next appointment scheduled. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually excited about the possibility of having a healthy mouth after all these years rather than dreading going to my appointment. This office really changed my life. Thank you all so much!

He is an excellent dentist with an experienced staff. I travel to see him as he is highy respected. Other dentists refer to him for difficult and esthetic cases. He does VERY high quality work and does not take short cuts or cut corners.

I always am able to fall asleep during a prophylaxis appointment. They have to wake me up when it's over. That's how comfortable I am with them.

No better office around! Dr. Mastrovich, Debra and Sally make you feel right at home! You can rely on Debra to handle all the needs at the front, great person to have initial contact with! Sally is Drs right arm! Dr. Mastrovich is a skilled craftsman! The office offers several financial options, Debra helped me to get treatment I never thought I could afford. Price wise I can tell you I definitely received my monies worth!You won't go wrong! Call them today, talk with Debra she sold me on coming to the office while I was shopping for treartment. His assistant Sally makes sure you understand all treatment options and why the treatment is needed.What can I say Great Dentist! Awesome Staff!

Dr. M is a skilled craftsman and a perfectionist. I've heard from others in his profession that he is the dentist to other dentists. He enjoys explaining the whys and hows of what he does and does so in an interesting and informative way. Over the years he has converted my bad teeth into a smile I'm proud of. He goes out of his way to be sure you are feeling no discomfort. He has responded to emergency calls on weekends and even while out of town at speaking engagements. His staff is top notch and follows through on everything. His offices are beautifully designed. A computer hook up and desk are provided for his patients' convenience - however I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. His staff is so friendly that I feel like they're family. I'm not informed enough to know how his rates compare to others - but the staff submits electronic claims to my insurance company on the spot. I'd never use another dentist. If he wins the lottery and retires, I'll be in a fix. As an added touch and a tradition at the office, the receptionist provides fresh long-stem carnations to patients on the way out the door. I found him in the yellow pages 20 years ago - how lucky was that?

A perfectionist. Gentle. He is the dentist for other dentists. Fabulous office, fabulous staff. Has made my teeth beautiful over the years that he has been my dentist. I can't accurately judge cost. Office staff takes care of insurance claims - making that process painless too. I could never see another dentist after being treated by Dr. M.
