Case Description
oh, I forgot to mention the main reason why it has been so long since I have been to a dentist/doctor.

I have a phobia if you will of internal surgeries, I black out, shake, vomit and become feverish. I must be put under. I have been struggling since the age 13 on my own and proud to have made it this far but I must overcome to get over the pain I have felt for numerous years...

Hi. There is no shame in being anxious about dentistry. Here in my office we do offer sedation. The best way to deal with your anxiety is IV (intravenous) Sedation. Feel free to come in for a consult and see if we can meet your needs. I look forward to hearing from you. Since you are inquiring about fees, it would be best to look at the situation and asses the difficulty factor first. Either way, my goal is to relieve you of infection and distress.
