Case Description
I AM 50. OUT OF WORK, NO DENTAL INSURANCE. EVERYTHING WILL BE PAID OUT OF POCKT, CASH. I MAY JOIN DENTAL PLAN IF IT IS CHEAPER. I NEED X-RAYS AND EXAM. I HAVE A POST THAT FELL OUT BOTTOM LEFT. THE TOOTH NEEDS TO BE GLUED BACK IN. I MAY ALSO WANT SOME COSMETIC WORK ON THE FRONT OF MY MOUTH. I HAVE FAKE TOOTH IN THE FRONT THAT WAS PUT IN ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO IT IS NOW LARGER AND LONGER THAN THE OTHERS.
