Case Description
i had a cavity in my back tooth and the tooth broke on the very back wall and there is a hole . i had a similar situation before on the other side and i used a dentist in el cajon who was just great he had me go to a place for a root canal they were great i totally trust the work they do but they give me no option at all to make payments i have no insurance . im scared that the only dentist who may accept payments may be not as good as my other one . my other dentist also gave me a prescription for pills when i would come in that make me a little sleepy so i wasnt freaked out . when i was younger my teeth would not come out so i had to have all of them taken out four at a time every month until they had all been removed by a dentist except one that came out naturally . i want to make payments i understand that the crown if its gold is costly and i'll need to pay for that cost all at once . i also have filled the hole with this crown and filling replacement but i dont know for sure if thats a good idea or if it could make it worse . should i remove the filler?

This sounds like a tough call. My best recommendation would to leave everything just the way it is now and see a dentist right away. Even though things that happen may seem similar it may not be. Each tooth is different. A dentist can take an x-ray and come up with a good plan on how to proceed.
