When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Cost Estimate: $$1200-$2000
If you are not happy with the shade of your teeth, then bleaching it first would be ideal. I have peg-shaped laterals myself, and had them veneered 15 years ago, and the shade never faded nor stained. It usually takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish, but sometimes it takes longer to customize it and blend it with your natural teeth. They usually cost from $1200-$2000 per tooth depending on the case. I would recommend to sched a complimentary consult so you can get an exact estimate. You can check out my website for the results of the patients I''''ve done to give you an idea. Good Luck

as you are probably aware of you will first need a teeth cleaning since you are overdue. In addition a teeth whitening would be a good idea since the final shade of the veneers will be affected by the color of the teeth. to do the two veneers it would take 2 appointments. first one 1.5hrs and a second appntmnt 2 wks later 30-45 min. as a general rule the fee for each veneer is $1050. we would probably want to do a custom shade with our lab to get a good match. thanx.
